Our Mission: "The mission of D&D Missionary Homes, Inc., is to provide quality hospitality and support services for active evangelical missionaries in transition. " 1 Corinthians 16:15c… “they have addicted themselves to the ministry of the saints.”

OUR PERSPECTIVE OF GOD’S WILL

As we “Watch God Work” and by His supply, D&D Missionary Homes will provide fully furnished homes plus support facilities at the St. Petersburg campus. In addition, we will expand to other geographical locations as the Lord leads. D&D will aid all the members of each missionary family coming to us from the nations of the world using up-to-date technology. D&D will endeavor to follow the Biblical example expressed in 1 Corinthians 16:15c…”“they have addicted themselves to the ministry of the saints” until the Lord returns. D&D will maintain a servant attitude knowing that in serving others we “…serve the Lord Christ.” (Colossians 3:24)

OUR PLEDGE OF INTEGRITY

Integrity denotes wholeness, wellness, and completeness. Integrity is the framework for moral character. For believers in Christ it stands for Christ like character and behavior. There are eight qualities listed in Philippians 4:8 which describe integrity. We will pursue these qualities:

TRUE: is open, unhidden expression of facts. Financial accountability, diligence in work, and genuineness in motives are all included. Competence and professionalism must be part of truth in serving God’s servants. We must be true to God’s Word in this ministry.

HONEST: is respect for all people as mandated by 1 Peter 2:17 which says: “Honor all. Love the brotherhood. Fear God. Honor the King.” Christian are to be sensitive and compassionate in service to others. We must respect all people who come to us at D&D. JUST ¯ is straight and correct. It demands highest quality and unwavering consistency in our work, products, and services. We must be just or straight in every action with others.

PURE: is free from every fault. We will strive to provide the best hospitality and support services to missionaries in transition that we can. We must test motives, thoughts, responses, and actions for purity as we serve together.

LOVELY: is an active, personal quality resulting in pleasing and acceptable help and benefits to others. We must welcome missionaries to an environment of God’s love.

GOOD REPORT: is sounding well and pleasing. We must maintain a testimony of grace, acceptance, and helpfulness which stimulates joy in missionaries.

VIRTUE: is the highest standard. It reaches beyond mediocrity to excellence. We must continue the standard of good people doing quality work for God and His servants.

PRAISE: is the acknowledgment that God is at work. We must be sure that the entire
expenditure of time, effort, and resources results in praise toward God as we “Watch God Work.”
