D&D Missionary Homes is a faith-based ministry.  Our primary purpose is to provide housing and a “home away from home” to full-time Bible-believing missionary families serving in foreign countries, that need a temporary home for a minimum of 1 month to a maximum of 12 months, during their times of transition – which include: 

• Deputation or pre-field time while working to gain prayer and financial support
• Times of furlough or leave for rest & restoration, medical or family emergencies or evacuations
• The first year of retirement after a life-time of service on a foreign mission field

  We have 52 homes that are fully furnished, equipped and maintained, located on a 7-acre campus, in a quiet residential area of sunny St. Petersburg, FL.  We are conveniently close to some of the most beautiful beaches in the country.

 We are a short 20-minute drive from Tampa International Airport – one of the nicest airports in the country. We are about 90 minutes from the major, world-class theme parks in Orlando, and we are surrounded by world championship sports teams – the Tampa Bay Bucs, the Tampa Bay Rays, and the Tampa Bay Lightning. We are close to churches, hospitals, shopping – most any interest you may have can be found in the Tampa Bay area – except for ice, snow, and ridiculously cold weather.
